At Sund & Bælt, we regard it as important that the employee has responsibility for his or her own development. Relevant training and development activities are therefore not only agreed at the annual Employee Development Review, but also when it is relevant in everyday life. Both the manager and the employee have to contribute to ensuring consistency between the employee’s qualifications and the skills that the company requires in relation to current and/or future jobs/tasks.
Employee Development Review
At Sund & Bælt, the Employee Development Review is an integral part of the company. In addition, the manager and employee have a status review about six months after the Development Review to follow up on the agreements reached.
During the Employee Development Review, the manager and employee discuss performance and job satisfaction as well as the need for development activities in relation to the current situation. New areas of responsibilities are identified and agreed.
