The Fehmarnbelt tunnel between Denmark and Germany will change Northern Europe’s geography and enable interaction across borders on another scale – with many impulses for the region reaching from Northern Germany to Southern Sweden and beyond. While it may still be some time until the opening of the Fehmarnbelt Tunnel, we are convinced: It is about time to turn potentials into actions and shape the region’s future together.
For two days in May 2020, the Fehmarnbelt Days will provide a broad platform for citizens, business, politics, organisations and researchers from all over the emerging Fehmarnbelt Region and beyond to exchange ideas and experiences, and to discuss key issues and further cross-border collaboration.
The event is open for all and entrance is free – but do save the date already now and register later!
Participants are invited to join forces in developing growth potential for the Fehmarnbelt region – and the Fehmarnbelt Days are the perfect meeting place.
Different workshops, activities and panels provide the framework for interaction during the two days at Weissenhäuser Strand – accompanied by a series of social and cultural events.
We look forward to welcome you!
