Sund & Bælt associates itself with various programmes, including the Global Compact and Code of Conduct, to ensure excellent business ethics.
As the parent company, Sund & Bælt Holding A/S handles the overall management of the activities of the 100 per cent owned subsidiaries. The holding company, Sund & Bælt, owns the shares in the subsidiaries A/S Storebælt, A/S Øresund, A/S Femern Landanlæg, Femern A/S, Sund & Bælt Partner A/S and BroBizz A/S.

The construction costs of the various major infrastructure facilities are financed through the state guarantee model and the loans are repaid by the users of the facilities.
BroBizz A/S, which was established in 2008, is a 100 per cent owned subsidiary of Sund & Bælt Holding A/S. In the first half of 2013, BroBizz A/S prepared to take over the issuer function from A/S Storebælt.
Although Sund & Bælt has outsourced a wide range of operational tasks, we do occasionally need new employees.
This commits us to be one of Denmark’s major infrastructure managers. Sund & Bælt’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) is to contribute to social, environmental and economic sustainability and thereby take responsibility for the surrounding community.
