A/S Storebælt’s sponsorship policy
We support socially disadvantaged groups, the environment, health and fitness
A distinction is made between local and national projects where local projects based in the municipalities of Slagelse and Nyborg are prioritised. The reason for this is that Storebælt is an integral part of the local environment.
Free tickets
Only groups and organisations can apply for free tickets for the Storebælt Bridge. Support for voluntary groups that have difficulty accessing funds for transport will be prioritised.
Private persons cannot apply for free tickets. Further the projects should improve projects across Storebælt/the regions.
Purpose
1. Improve the integration of socially disadvantaged groups
2. Improve the environment
3. Promote health and fitness across Storebælt/the regions.
selection criteria
Free tickets are awarded four times per year.
You can only apply for a maximum of 25 free tickets per round.
Please note, that the free tickets are valid for 3 months from date of issue.
When applying for free tickets you must inform of the purpose of the passage including dates for travelling out and home.
As A/S Storebælt does not have the resources to deal with applications on an ongoing basis, applicants should only expect to receive a response after the application deadline.
In return for sponsorship and free tickets, A/S Storebælt generally stipulates that the company receives some publicity, advertising space or similar linked to the event in question. The company also reserves the right to publish stories on line via social media.
We also reserve the right to request further documentation from applicants prior to sponsorships and free tickets being awarded.
