Governance structure in the Sund & Bælt Group
The Board of Sund & Bælt Holding A/S, together with those of the subsidiaries, determines the overall strategy, follows up on implementation and monitors the individual companies’ results. Each Board of Directors is also responsible for the overall management of their respective companies.
