Sund & Bælt comprises eight companies

The Sund & Bælt holding company owns the shares and, as the parent company, is responsible for the overall management of the activities of the 100 per cent owned subsidiaries.

Sund & Bælt Holding A/S, through A/S Øresund, also owns 50 per cent of Øresundsbro Konsortiet I/S, which in turn owns and operates the Øresund Bridge. The other half of Øresundsbro Konsortiet I/S is owned by the Swedish state held company SVEDAB AB.
